Look i repect that this is a sexist cleché, formed mostly by men who wanted women at home and not driving around their roads but come on like men you do have certain things in common.
A: The Blinkered Position
This envolves the lady in question to assume a position with the driving seat as close as possible to the steering wheel with both hands in the 'begging chipmonk' position on top of it. The chin is placed just below dash level so that the eyes peer over the wheel and under the multitude of hanging adorments that hang from the make-up mirror. In this position the female is correctly placed as not to view any of the many make-up mirrors around the car thus creating a cocoon where she may pull out, overtake, cut off or even hit any driver that she so pleases.
B: Safer Drivers
Yeah right only because you driver at -15 mph and cause every man to swerve into parked cars to avoid you as you drive in a hormonally channelged state, on the phone while updating your low lights.
